• Ensure Talkfurther meets all prerequisites for optimal email delivery and protects its email reputation in line with guidelines from Gmail

• Access to the SaaS tool for 12 months.
• Monthly analysis of up to 1,000,000 emails.
• Support for up to 10 sending domains/subdomains.
• Secure access through SSO with M365/Azure AD and Google accounts.
• Custom alerts for DMARC errors, blacklisted IPs/domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC misconfigurations, email delivery failures, and malicious lookalike domain detections (validated by an analyst to avoid false positives).

Managed DMARC Service:

• Continuous monitoring of DMARC reports and email reputation for Talkfurther's domains.
• Expert alerts for necessary actions to protect email security and ensure delivery.

Dedicated Consultant for 12 Months:

• One 1-hour support video call per month.
• Unlimited support via email or Teams messages (SLA: 48 hours, typical response time: 24 hours).
• Communication of action plans and alerts to project managers.
• Technical assistance for implementing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
• DMARC report analysis to identify legitimate sending systems.
• Evaluation of email flow trends, spam rates, deliverability issues, and email encryption.
• Technical recommendations to optimize email authentication and delivery.

Compliance Assistance for Gmail’s Email Sender Guidelines:

• Conduct audits of email flows and provide actionable recommendations to comply with Gmail’s standards, including:
  • Configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication.
  • Maintaining valid forward and reverse DNS records (PTR).
  • Ensuring spam rates stay below 0.1% (and never exceed 0.3%).
