Location: Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Microsoft 365 Security Expert to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. A MS 500 Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate certification is a strong plus. In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as technical experience in messaging technologies such as antispam (EOP, Proofpoint, etc), SMTP servers, Linux, and MTA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to our customers via Webex, helping them to secure their Microsoft 365 email environments and ensure the safety of their data.
• Work with a diverse range of customers, each with their own unique security challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft 365 email security.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 email security.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
• MS 500 Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate certification is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Technical experience in messaging technologies such as antispam, SMTP servers, Linux, and MTA.
